Full-Time Training - Testimonies

A Life of Serving the Lord, M.K.

After the International Memorial Day Conference in 1999, I decided to become a full-time worker for our Lord Jesus Christ. The messages concerning moving to Eastern Europe for the furtherance of the gospel stirred up my desire to go to the Full-Time Training in Anaheim for the Lord's work in Europe. I felt the need of becoming a normal, living, functioning Christian in the church and in my daily life. I had heard that the training program focused on life practices such as preaching the gospel and teaching the truth in the Bible. I thought that it was a very desirable training to be useful to the Lord although my capacity was small.

While I was living with a Christian who had labored for the Lord for seven years in Moscow, she impressed me with her life of service. She was absolute for the Lord. Her life was rich in her experience with Christ. I knew that she had completed the Full-Time Training. Therefore, both the call to serve in the gospel in Eastern Europe and the testimony of a serving life motivated me to attend this Full-Time Training.
